Washington: A speech by the former External Affairs Minister, Jaswant Singh, was interrupted by a group at the University of California, Berkeley, U.S.

They shouted slogans against the 2002 Gujarat riots.

They shouted, "you cannot apologise for the genocide," campus paper `The Daily Californian' reported. — PTI
