Silverline in pact with U.S. firm

CHENNAI: Silverline Technologies has signed a joint venture agreement with Creative InfoCity of the U.S. for developing BPO and IT infrastructure facilities to the extent of five lakh sq. ft. at Infocity, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The alliance will be extended to set up such IT infrastructure facilities under the brand name Infocity in other parts of the country, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
