Police Commissioner inspects polling booths

CHENNAI: The Greater Chennai City Commissioner of Police Letika Saran inspected a few polling booths in the city on Tuesday.

Police said, the CoP went around the booths in Triplicane, Aminjikarai and Anna Nagar, which were identified as "sensitive". The CoP also held discussions with Deputy Commissioners of Police (Triplicane) Ramasubramanian and (Anna Nagar) Balasubramanian about the bandobust arrangements and the number of police personnel required during the polling in these sensitive pockets.
