Coimbatore: A1 Team India will begin its 2006/7 A1 GP World Cup at the Circuit Park Zandvoort in the Netherlands this weekend. Armaan Ebrahim, who drove last season, will lead the charge for the team in the new season. The youngest to win an international single-seater race at the age of 15, Armaan will compete in the two main practice sessions, qualifying and the sprint and feature races for the team. This year, the team has a new seat-holder in Yohann J. Setna from Mumbai. Twenty-three nations will be competing for the honour. Greece, Turkey and Singapore will be the new entrants this season. The inaugural edition was claimed by A1 Team France, which will field the same driver line-up. Sports Reporter
