TIRUPATI: Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy has decided to launch his `zilla baata,' a programme meant to review the implementation of various schemes, in Chittoor on October 7. The district administration is drafting an action plan to explain the progress of various ongoing schemes and the efforts being taken to ensure that benefits reached the intended sections. Collector Shamsher Singh Rawat held a meeting with his team of officials at Chittoor on Monday to get inputs.
