DGH penalties on ONGC, Reliance

NEW DELHI: The Directorate General of Hydrocarbons (DGH) has recommended stiff penalties on Oil and Natural Gas Corp ($107.39 million) and Reliance Industries Ltd. ($26.54 million) for default on commitments made by them on oil and gas exploration blocks awarded under the New Exploration Licensing Policy (NELP), PTI reports quoting DGH sources.
