IMF upgrades forecast

SINGAPORE: The International Monetary Fund on Thursday upgraded its growth projections for the Indian economy to 8.3 per cent this year and 7.3 per cent in 2007, compared to the earlier forecasts of 7.3 per cent and 7 per cent. — UNI
