Oracle makes open offer in i-flex

BANGALORE: Oracle Corp has made an open offer to the shareholders of i-flex Solutions Ltd. for acquiring a 20 per cent stake in the company for around Rs. 2,452 crore ($531 million). Oracle is offering a price of Rs. 1,475 per share, to be paid in cash. The offer will open on November 6 and close on November 25.
