DHFL Vysya Housing to open branch in Nellore

HYDERABAD: DHFL Vysya Housing Finance Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dewan Housing, will shortly open a branch in Nellore. The company said in a press release that it would introduce shortly a housing loan scheme to cater to employees aged 53 and above and about to retire. The scheme envisages extension of the loan period up to 68 years. Retirement benefits are to be utilised for partial adjustment of the loan.
