Classic Diamonds ties up with U.S. firm

MUMBAI: Classic Diamonds India has signed an agreement with the U.S.-based jewellery wholesaler, Diamond Direct LLC, in a bid to establish retail operations in the U.S. and Canada. The company said it was looking to tap the U.S. retail market directly through Diamond Direct and the two companies were in discussions to set up jewellery retail chain stores under the `Classic Jewels' brand, the company informed the BSE.
