Intel Capital invests $2 m in Ilantus Technologies

BANGALORE: Intel Capital, the strategic investment programme of chip-maker Intel Corp, has invested $2 million in Ilantus Technologies Private Limited, a leading end-to-end solutions provider in identity and access management (IAM), company officials said. The Karnataka Information Technology Venture Capital Fund (KITVEN), floated by the Karnataka State Industrial Investment and Development Corporation Ltd, the Karnataka State Financial Corporation and the Small Industries Development Bank of India, and Ivega Corporation, a global IT consulting and software service company, are two of the major investors in Ilantus Technologies, apart from primary investors, who have large stakes in the company, which has a technology centre in Bangalore and offices in the U.S. and Singapore.
