Cades embarks on expansion plan

BANGALORE: Cades, a product design and engineering services company, has embarked on an expansion plan by setting up an advanced technology centre of excellence here. Cades will be making an investment of $15 million. Announcing this at a press conference here on Tuesday, the Cades Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dataram Mishra, said the company would focus on its domain expertise in aerospace and automotive product designs. "The industry is moving towards the `design anywhere and build anywhere' concept, and Cades will like to take advantage of this concept.'' Mr. Mishra said Cades had been focussing on conceptual design to product certification and had been involved in aerospace projects.The Bangalore centre, he said, would focus on new product development for aerospace majors.
