Indo-Dutch joint venture formed

HYDERABAD: A joint venture, Airco-Fin Tubes India Pvt. Ltd., has been established here for the manufacture of finned tubes and louvers following the signing of an agreement between Airco-Fin Holding, Holland, and Nu-Way Group. This will be the first Dutch JV in the manufacturing sector in Hyderabad, where the headquarters will be located. Prasad Emandi, who heads Airco-Fin Tubes, will be the Managing Director, Shyama Prasad Director (Finance and Administration) and Lulof Dijk, Director (International Sales). Mr. Prasad and Alexander Hylkema, Chairman, Airco-Fin Group, signed the agreement here on September 6.
