VIJAYAWADA: Sk. Elahi and Ch. Niharika won the junior boys' and girls' titles respectively in the State inter-district carrom meet, which concluded at the LVR & Sons Club in Guntur on Sunday. The Andhra Carrom Association has selected fifteen members for the forthcoming junior Nationals to be held in Patna from Oct. 5 to 10. The results (finals): Boys: Junior: Sk. Elahi (Pkm) bt P. Faizal Kumar (Gtr) 25-12, 25-7. Youth: V. Raghava (Gtr) bt T. Teja (Gtr) 25-8, 25-23. Girls: Junior: Ch. Niharika (Gtr) bt S. Vinuthna (Kri) 25-15, 25-7. The squad: Boys: Junior: Sk. Elahi, A.
