Brazil posts win

LONDON: Brazil beat Wales 2-0 in London on Tuesday for its second friendly win in three days in the English capital.

Right-back Marcelo hit a swerving shot through a crowd to give the five-time World champion a 58th-minute lead at Tottenham's White Hart Lane stadium. Vagner Love doubled the lead in the 74th with a header. Wales, ranked 56th by FIFA, competed well in the first half and created a handful of chances but was thwarted by a defence that also shut out Argentina 3-0 on Sunday. — AP
