`Captain' begins countdown to 150

Chennai:
Captain Vijayakant is nearing his 150th film. He is very good at time management. Whenever the assembly is not in session he is busy shooting.
The actor is working day and night for `Dharmapuri', his 148th film, with full vigour. He revealed his plans to finish `Dharmapuri' in a month in between shooting near the toll plaza on ECR Road.
"I have planned it in such a way that it is released on Deepavali." His next project is `Sabari', his 149th film, produced by Salem Chandrasekaran for Sri Saravana Creations. The film is tipped to be released on Pongal while `Captain's 150th film will be ready by Tamil New Year day.
The script for `Sabari', which deals with the problems of doctors, is ready. Director Suresh said the film seemed to be tailor-made for Captain. "Vijayakant has not done the role of a doctor in any of his films. This doctor has solutions not only for patients but for society as well."
The shooting is to start from Monday. The star cast includes Jothirmayi and Malavika. Manisharma will compose music for the film.
