CHENNAI: Students from eight schools and four colleges participated in the zonal-level round of the inter-institutional debate organised by Kolkata-based Birla High School on Wednesday. The team from P.S. Senior Secondary School was adjudged winners while Vaishnavi of Sishya was selected the best speaker.
