Coromandel Fertilizers pact with Tunisian co.

NEW DELHI: Coromandel Fertilisers on Tuesday said it had entered into a shareholders' agreement with Tunisia-based Group Chimique Tunisien and the Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals Company (GSFC) for the joint venture company proposed to be set up in Tunisia for manufacture of phosphoric acid with an investment of $165 million.
