Dewan Housing opens office in Dubai

CHENNAI: Dewan Housing Finance Corporation has opened its first representative office in Dubai. The office will provide housing loans and advisory services to NRIs based in UAE to purchase homes and plots in India. The office in Dubai will help in identifying properties in India. The company will also carry out the preliminary appraisal for the customers from its Dubai office with the help of the branch offices in India.
