TV 18 promoter sells shares to Network 18

MUMBAI: Television Eighteen India on Friday said that its promoter Raghav Bahl has sold two lakh equity shares to Network 18 Fincap for over Rs. 12 crore. Network 18 Fincap acquired the shares of TV 18 at Rs. 609 per share, through a block deal on the stock exchange, TV 18 informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
