Hearing in Rahul Mahajan case on September 14

NEW DELHI:
A special court here on Saturday fixed September 14 for hearing arguments on the charge sheet against Rahul Mahajan, son of slain Bharatiya Janata Party leader Pramod Mahajan, and others in the drug abuse case.
All the accused persons, including Mr. Mahajan, were present in the court when special judge S.N. Gupta fixed the date for opening arguments.
The Delhi police on Thursday charge-sheeted Mr. Mahajan, Harish Sharma, former personal assistant of Pramod Mahajan, and four others in the drug abuse case.
The police charge-sheeted Mr. Mahajan under Sections 21 (possession of drugs), Section 25 (allowing premises for commission of an offence), Section 27 (illegal possession in small quantity for personal consumption of any narcotic drugs). ,
