Yere Goud shines

BANGALORE: Skipper Yere Goud's unbeaten 109 (235b, 15x4) helped KSCA XI wrest the first-innings lead against Victoria Emerging Players XI in a three-day match at the Chinnaswamy Stadium.

The scores: VEP XI 267 for nine declared in 89.5 overs vs. KSCA XI 278 for four in 93 overs (Yere Goud 109 not out, Thilak Naidu 52, S.N. Amith 41).
