NEW DELHI: DAV School, Shreshta Vihar swept the boys' titles in the under-16 and under-19 sections of the ASN State inter-school badminton championship at the Ludlow Castle School No.2, Shamnath Marg. Modern School, Barakhamba Road and Ahlcon Public School, Mayur Vihar accounted for the under-19 and under-16 girls' titles respectively. The results (final): Boys: U-19: DAV, Shreshta Vihar 2 bt DAV, Model Town 1 (Kaustav Das bt Tushar 21-8, 21-15; Raghav lost to Nitin Mahiwal 8-21, 15-21; Kaustav & Raghav bt Tushar & Nitin 21-19, 21-15). U-16: DAV, Shreshta Vihar 2 bt Apeejay, Pitampura 0 (Bharat Bajaj bt Divyansh Narang 19-21, 21-8, 21-12; Atul Chouhan bt Siddharth Chakravarti 21-9, 21-5). Girls: U-19: Modern School, Barakhamba Road 2 bt DAV, Model Town 1 (Akanksha Nehra bt Nupur Sachdeva 21-11, 21-10; Papino lost to Shraddha 8-21, 7-21; Akanksha & Papino bt Nupur & Shraddha 21-16, 18-21, 21-15). U-16: Ahlcon Public School, Mayur Vihar 2 bt SSLT Gujarati School 0 (Nitika bt Yamini Sharma 22-20, 21-18; Aanchal bt Yamini Kulesh 21-9, 21-15).
