Navneeth triumphs
BANGALORE: A.R. Navneeth defeated his Horizon TT Academy teammate Akhil V. Athresh 11-5, 3-11, 13-11,11-5,11-0 to win the junior boys singles title in the Canara Union State-ranking table tennis championship here on Saturday.
Earlier in the semifinals, Naveen beat V. Vineeth of Star Club 11-6,11-7,11-7,11-1 and Akhila accounted for Aditya Rangan 11-9, 12-10, 11-2, 11-0.
