CHENNAI: The Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam on Sunday refuted the allegation that it had issued a threat to Minister Dayanidhi Maran.

In a statement, party general secretary Vaiko said the allegation was similar to that made by the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam leadership in 1993.
