TRAI for toning-up NIXI

NEW DELHI: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has asked the Government to improve the functioning of the National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI) so that it performs its primary purpose of routing domestic Internet traffic via the U.S. and other developed countries.
