Rajesh Exports pays 100 p.c.
BANGALORE:
The Bangalore-based gold jewellery manufacturer and exporter Rajesh Exports has entered the billion-dollar revenue club. The company has posted revenue in excess of $1 billion for the year ended March 31, 2006, with earnings touching Rs. 5,483.66 crore, notching a growth of 29.11 per cent over the previous year. The net profit jumped 54.45 per cent to Rs. 66.54 crore from Rs. 43.08 crore. The board at its meeting held on May 30 has recommended a dividend of 100 per cent on the equity shares subject to the approval of the members.
