CHENNAI : The Madras Institute of Fashion Technology, a collaborative institute of the Alagappa University, is offering a fashion design and apparel management degree course in Chennai. Spot admissions for the undergraduate degree regular course in fashion design and fashion apparel management will be given at the Institute in Ekkaduthangal. Diploma holders in textiles can join directly in the second year for BS Apparel Fashion Design. The institute also offers diploma and certificate course in fashion design and fashion apparel merchandising for those who have passed their Std. X examination.
