`Talking SMS' service

CHENNAI: Technology has several solutions for meeting people's communication needs.

Now, as a value added service, cellular phone operator Aircel, has introduced a `talking SMS' service.

To send a talking SMS, the subscriber has to dial 545 followed by the recipient number to which the message has to be sent.

The Talking SMS reaches the receiver as an incoming call.

Talking SMS can be sent to any mobile or landline in Tamil Nadu at just Re.1 a message.
