MYSORE: Career Forum, which has been offering coaching for MBA aspirants for seventeen years, opened its 31st branch in Mysore recently. According to a press release from Career Forum's Mysore branch head Padmavathi Mahesh, the forum is dedicated to providing training programmes for various entrance examinations for MBA such as CAT, XAT, NMAT, SNAP, NMET and state-level CET. "Today's education system makes it imperative for students have to take competitive entrance tests with multiple choice objective questions to get admission into reputed institutions," Ms. Mahesh said. "Common Admission Test is supposed to be one of the toughest of all competitive examinations. Only 3 to 5 per cent of the lakhs of students appearing for CAT each year get admission into top management schools," she said.
Branches in 20 cities
Career Forum was established in Pune in 1988. It has branches in over 20 cities in the country, including those in Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Allahabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, Vijaywada, Nagpur, Lucknow, Ranchi, Varanasi, Agra and Belgaum.
