Tata Agrico ties up with ITC

KOLKATA: Tata Agrico has entered into a distribution alliance with ITC to market its agricultural implements in rural India through ITC's e-choupal network and the Choupal Sagar network. This will help rural consumers get genuine Tata Agrico implements at the right price. Tata Agrico is a division of Tata Steel. While the e-choupal is billed as India's largest network, choupal sagar is the rural hypermarket which provides multiple services under a single roof. It gives farmers a platform to buy and sell products, according to a release.
