No interim protection against arrest of Sadhu Yadav

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday refused to grant interim protection against arrest of Railway Minister Lalu Prasad's brother-in-law and RJD MP Anirudh Prasad alias Sadhu Yadav, who is facing a warrant in the flood relief scam case in Bihar.

A Bench consisting of Justice B.P. Singh and Justice R.V. Raveendran, however, asked Mr. Sadhu Yadav to approach the Patna High Court for anticipatory bail.

The Patna High Court earlier refused to entertain his plea on the ground that it was already decided by the Delhi High Court. — PTI
