COMED-K, St. John's test dates clash

Staff Reporter

BANGALORE: Some students who had their eyes on an MBBS seat in St. John's Medical College here will have to make a choice between writing the college's entrance test or the undergraduate entrance test (UGET) of the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMED-K). The two tests are scheduled on May 28.

The COMED-K has decided not to reschedule its UGET as St. John's College has only limited seats, half of which are reserved for minority Christian community.

Online application

Meanwhile, COMED-K on Thursday announced that the rural candidates can take help to fill the online application forms for the UGET from their nearest COMED-K member colleges.

The colleges will make arrangements to help students complete the forms if required.
