New receiver set launched

Satellite radio service provider Worldspace that has been on a marketing spree of late has launched a new receiver set "Diva II."

The sleek new receiver set comes equipped with speakers, says a company release. There are four pre-fixed audio equaliser modes and 40 memory presets that users can use to save and recall favourite channels. The set will be available in `elegant black' and `chic silver' colours and has a suggested price tag of Rs.4,790. In tune with their recent marketing blitz of cutting the cost after announcing it, the unit comes at a special price of Rs.2,499.
