State-level inter-school tournament

CHENNAI: The 2nd Vishy Anand-Hero Cycles Tamil Nadu State-level inter-school tournament will be held at Leo Matriculation HSS, Anna Nagar Western Extension, on April 29 and 30 in various categories such as under-8, 10, 12, 14 and 18 boys and girls. The tournament is sponsored by B.J. Expo Private Limited (Avadi).

Four hundred entries have been received from around 200 schools. The winner in each category will receive a Hero Cycle.

Entries received after April 26 (Wednesday) will be subject to a late fee of Rs. 100 per player.

Some of the top players T.U. Navin Kanna, Pon N. Krithika, Karthigeyan, J. Saranya, P. Ganesh, Sivasankari and P. Uthra are taking part.
