Progress at what cost?

It is a big crime against humanity when people are displaced from their homes without proper compensation in the name of development. But is such development necessary? Are money and progress above human lives? Governments should realise that only through just administration can they win people's hearts. Otherwise, incidents such as the clash between the police and fisherfolk at Gangavaram village in Andhra Pradesh will continue to occur.
