Sabarimala festival

CHENNAI: The Meenam Uthram festival at Sabarimala will begin on April 2 and conclude on April 11, according to the Travancore Devaswom Board. The Lord Ayyappa Temple at Sabarimala will remain open till April 18 in connection with Meda Vishu.

In an official release, the Board said the festival would be conducted along with the Painkuni Uthram from this year. The festival would commence with Trikkodiyettu on April 2, and end with Thiru Arattu at Pamba on April 11.
