Judges transferred

CHENNAI: The Madras High Court Registry has transferred A. Ratnavelu, District Judge functioning as Member-Secretary of the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Academy. He has been posted as Administrator-General and Official Trustee, in the place of G.M. Akbar Ali.

The IX Additional Judge (CBI Cases) here, R. Dakshinamurthy, too has been transferred. The II Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, K. Sivanandajothi would be the new Additional Judge for CBI Cases.

J. Krishnamoorthy, Judge, Mahila Court at Salem has been transferred and posted as the first Judge of the Mahila Court, Perambalur. The court was established on January 13.
