EU film fest opens today

CHENNAI: The 11th European Union Film Festival, India 2006, opens on March 24 at 6 p.m. at Sathyam Cinemas. Alessandro Palumbo, Media and Communications Attache, European Union, will introduce the festival, while Gabriel M. Landwehrm, director, Goethe Institute, Max Mueller Bhavan, Chennai, will introduce the first German film of the festival Kebab Connection.
