Dravid retained captain till World Cup

Mumbai: The BCCI selectors have decided to retain Rahul Dravid as National captain till the 2007 World Cup in the West Indies, said board secretary Niranjan Shah here on Saturday.

Announcing the decision after a felicitation ceremony at the Wankhede Stadium before the start of the third Test — Dravid's 100th — Shah said, ``The selectors met last night and appointed Dravid as captain till the 2007 World Cup.'' — Sports Reporter
