Letters to the Editor
This refers to the report on the 10th planet (Feb. 2). It is bad news for astrologers because hereafter, it will be dasagraha (10 planets) and not navagraha (nine planets) which are to blame for one's fortunes and misfortunes. In this part of India, sons-in-law, who went round their in-laws' homes for grabbing a fortune, were referred to as the dashama graha (tenth planet). They will now be elevated to the eleventh place.
Either Pluto or 2003 UB313 will have to lose the status of a planet because there is room for a maximum of only 12 in the horoscope template and all are occupied. It looks like the billion-plus horoscopes of Indians will have to be recast.
