Fatally knocked down

CHENNAI: A 65-year-old man was run over by a car on Dr. Radhakrishnan Salai on Saturday night. According to the police, Ranganathan of Kesavaperumalpuram was returning home when the accident took place.

He died on the spot. The body was taken to the Government Royapettah Hospital.
