PwC values Assam Co. divisions

CHENNAI: Assam Company Limited (ACL) announced the completion of assets valuation of its oil, gas and tea divisions on Tuesday. PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), a leading management consulting firm, carried out the valuation and has estimated the valuation in the range of $157-187 million. The total worth of ACL tea division is estimated at Rs. 330-360 crore.
