Nagarjuna Construction GDR priced at $5.11

HYDERABAD: Nagarjuna Construction Company has announced that its $105 million (equivalent to Rs. 479 crore) global depository receipts (GDR) issue has been successfully priced at $5.11 (Rs. 233) each. The GDRs will be traded on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, the IOB platform of the London Stock Exchange and on the Nasdaq's Portal market.
