Brazil completes title double

NAGOYA (Japan): Brazil beat South Korea 25-19, 25-18, 25-20 on Sunday to lift the World Grand Champions Cup with five straight wins, completing a title double in world women's volleyball.

The United States finished second by whipping 28-26, 25-23, 25-16 for its fourth win against one loss to Brazil.

China, the title-holder and Athens Olympic champion, settled for third spot with three wins and two losses as it defeated European champion Poland 17-25, 25-17, 25-19, 25-20. — AFP
