Chaos rules

Your comment in the editorial, `A shocking failure of security,' (Nov. 16) that the Jehanabad jailbreak has only reinforced Bihar's anarchic image is more than 100 per cent true. The law and order situation is out of control and caste wars are going on.

However, you have not explained the reason for the present chaos in the State. The RJD of Lalu Prasad should take the blame for the current situation.

How long will this "anarchy" continue? Will Bihar's agony end? Many questions, but few answers.

J.P. Reddy,
Nalgonda, A.P.
