ASC blanks RBI

BANGALORE: ASC scored a 4-0 win over Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in the `B' division football league for the Bangalore Blues Cup here on Wednesday. The winner led 1-0 at half-time.

Choudhary struck in the 18th minute and after a long gap, struck again in the 77th minute to make it 2-0. Ramesh (79th) and Thinga (87th) contributed a goal each for the final scoreline.

In another match, Mohammedan Sporting and South Western Railway shared points. While Bejoy struck in the sixth minute for the Sporting outfit the Railwaymen equalised through Anthony in the 26th minute.
