Indian camp to begin on Friday
Chennai:
Even as the players trickle in for the final preparatory camp before the Champions Trophy hockey competition at the Mayor Radhakrishnan Stadium, it is now clear that the ball will be set rolling from November 11. While the IHF has informed every one of the 25 players selected for the month long training, a few are said to be held up by the prevailing inclement weather and consequent cancellation of transport services in some areas. K. Jothikumaran, Secretary, IHF assured that all the players will report and the camp would begin on Friday. — Hockey Correspondent
