Senior Govt. officer ends life
NEW DELHI:
Parseem Chandra Agarwal Deputy Director, health and Family welfare of the Delhi Government committed suicide here this afternoon, police said. Agarwal, 57, was found hanging from a ceiling fan in his Harinagar house in south Delhi. He was discovered by his wife when she returned home after some work. According to police, Agarwal had an accident six months back following which he used to have bouts of depression.
A suicide note left by him said no one was responsible for his death.
Labourers hurt
Three labourers were injured when an under-construction building collapsed in an east Delhi area today, police said.
