Snap ties with RJD, Paswan tells Congress
MADHEPURA:
Taking on RJD chief Lalu Prasad in his stronghold, Lok Jan Sakthi Party chief Ram Vilas Paswan on Sunday said Mr. Prasad would barely get 25 seats in the Bihar Assembly polls. He asked the Congress to snap alliance with the RJD or it would be reduced to a ``zero'' in the State.
``People of Bihar particularly Muslims have realised that the RJD had been taking them for a ride all these years and are no longer ready to support it... The RJD chief has to shed a lot of sweat to get even 20-25 seats in the upcoming polls,'' he told a party rally here. ``The coming polls will sound the death-knell for Mr. Prasad and his RJD,'' he said.
